The Problem
Nova Media had been running everything on Excel and Google Docs, with no HR system at all. Leave, employee records, and task tracking were scattered across sheets, so nothing was accountable and no one had the day's picture in one place.
My Approach
I built Pharos, a self-hosted operations portal: the HR and leave system they never had, plus employee task and work tracking that emails the team automatically at each step, all behind role-based access on their own server so they own their data.
The Result
Nova signed off on both Pharos and their new marketing site, and the engagement is ongoing: they are rolling the portal out to their team and keep commissioning new features. Shown here with demo data.
